Sambil-sambil cari kerja, ternampak pula 'timeline' dekat Facebook gambar ini... Alumni? Taiwan? Apa kak H buat dekat Taiwan? Bukan ke dia dah kerja? Sempat pula belajar ke Taiwan? Dia belajar apa dekat sana? Honey Joys / Honey Cornflakes / Cornflakes Madu

Honey Joys / Honey Cornflakes / Cornflakes Madu Kuih paling berwarna-warni atas meja waktu raya!  Senang nak buat. Admit it, raya without this will be boring. Make some for the festive season and watch these crunchy cookies disappear in a blink of an eye.  A simple recipe   of buttery sweet snacks; really crunchy and joyful treat for anyone, on any occasion. Ingredients:   325 gm cornflakes (gently crushed to smaller pieces) 125 gm  butter 6 tbsp honey 1 tspn vanilla essence ½ cup brown sugar 5 tbsp white sesame seeds Chocolate rice Coloured sprinkles (aka jimmies or hundreds-and-thousands) Steps: Melt butter, honey, and sugar in a saucepan. Pour in honey, vanilla essence, sesame seeds and cornflakes. Keep mixing until evenly coated. Spoon cornflake mixture into cute mini cases topped with coloured sprinkles + chocolate rice before baking Bake on baking tray at 180°C for 12-15 minutes until golden. Cool completely, store in airtight container.

Almond London Cookies

Kuih almond london ni payah sikit nak buat. Tapi, ni kegemaran saya setiap kali raya sama ada makan di rumah sendiri ataupun ketika beraya di rumah orang.  Tak pernah lagi jumpa almond london yang tak sedap! An all-time-favorite for all due to the mouth-watering chocolate coating and especially the nibble-size cupcake look. The biscuit is made up of 3 main parts – a whole toasted almond, covered in a crispy biscuit, and coated with chocolate. Ingredients: 250 gm butter 125 gm castor sugar 1 egg 1 teaspoon vanilla essence 50 gm almond powder (optional) 300 gm plain flour 200 gm corn flour 2 tablespoon rice flour 1 teaspoon baking powder Toasted whole almond (baked for 10 minutes) Steps: Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg. Add in vanilla essence and almond powder Add flour and mix it well until soft and pliable. Take 1 whole almond and wrap some dough covering it Bake at 200°C for 20 minutes Chocolate Topping: 6

Double Chocolate Chip Cookies

Nak kuih raya  yang rasa pahit - pahit coklat , haaa ni resipinya ... Darker brown than normal chocolate chips with the addition of cocoa. They are crunchy, studded with chocolate chips and topped with a piece of walnut.  An interesting variation.  Ingredients: 240 gms butter 250 gms brown sugar 2 teaspoon vanilla essence 2 eggs (beaten) 360 gms plain flour                               > 3 tablespoon corn flour                         > 60 gms cocoa powder                           >        Sifted together 1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda            >                           1 teaspoon baking powder                    > 150 gms chocolate chip Walnuts quartered Steps: Cream butter, brown sugar & vanilla essence Beat in the egg until the mixture is light & fluffy Stir in the sifted ingredients with a metal spoon Add chocolate chips Lightly form the ingredients into cherry-sized balls and placed on trays

Oat and Walnut Cookies

Musim raya dah nak dekat. Jadi, mari ulang kaji resipi kuih raya mak ni…. Resipi kuih raya ni dah adjust, kurang manis. Bahan-bahannya pun senang nak dapat. .... These rich and oaty cookies with a nutty flavour are very light and crisp. They are a good all-time snack for hungry family members. Ingredients: 120 gms vegetable shortening 120 gms butter 120 gms castor sugar 150 gms brown sugar 2 teaspoons vanilla essence 2 eggs (beaten) 240 gms plain flour                       > 2 tablespoons corn flour               > 1 teaspoon baking powder            >      sifted together ½ teaspoon soda bicarbonate      > 150 gms rolled oats 90 gms chopped walnuts Pinch of salt Steps: Beat vegetable shortening + butter + castor sugar + brown sugar + vanilla essence until light and creamy Add the eggs and continue creaming until light and fluffy Work in the sifted ingredients and salt with a metal spoon Add oats and walnuts and blen

Mandi 'Onsen' 'Hot Spring' Air Panas

Masa sign up untuk join program, terus google nama hotel bila dapat tahu yang dalam agenda kami selain membuat kerja-kerja sukarelawan dan menyaksikan kemeriahan   Sappporo Snow Festival , kami akan bermalam di sebuah   hotel di bandar Jozankei Onsen . Jozankei Manseikaku Hotel Milione.....~~~ Fuh! Memang panjang semacam nama hotel tu. Puas hati bila dapat tengok gambar sebelum gerak ke sana. Khabarnya, kolam air panas atau onsen atau hot spring di sana ada beberapa saiz. Kalau yang tak berkenan masuk dalam onsen, dalam bilik hotel dah siap-siap lengkap tandas jepun dan tab mandi.  Hotel kot! Hotel Jepun! 1 malam pun jadi lah setelah hampir seminggu kami menginap dalam   dorm di tengah-tengah bandar Sapporo . Semua sedia maklum taraf kehidupan Jepun macam mana.
